Welcome Entrepreneurs!
Thank you for your interest in entrepreneurial and small business development opportunities in Delaware! The Delaware Economic Development Office (DEDO) is the primary point of contact for entrepreneurial and small business development in the State. DEDO is organized to meet the needs of entrepreneurs who may be developing a business through our IP Business Creation Program, small business owners seeking relief from a volatile economic climate through Governor Jack Markell's Small Business LIFT program, and start-up, small, minority and woman-owned traditional businesses through our Delaware Access Program.
